Biography, scientific achievements

Organizer and head of the REC "Industrial Ecology", accredited testing laboratory center "EcoOS" Yuri Gagarin State Technical University and the Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Ecological Monitoring of the Condition of the Volgograd Reservoir; head of the master's program with the profile "Environ-mental safety" and postgraduate studies in the scientific specialty - ecology. 25 candidates of biological sciences were trained under the guidance. Head of the scientific direction "Improvement of technologies for monitoring and forecasting the state of anthropo-genically disturbed territories, prevention and elimination of their pollution." From 2009 to 2021 under the leadership, 8 research and development works in fundamental and applied areas were carried out within the framework of state assignments of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, grants from the Federal Target Program, the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and the Russian Science Foundation. More than 500 scientific papers have been published in coauthorship, including 32 articles in journals indexed in the Scopus and WoS databases, 78 articles in journals from the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation; 4 monographs, edited by 5 collections of scientific papers based on the results of the international. conf., 12 manuals and 1 textbook; 13 RF patents for inventions and utility models, 12 Eurasian patents, 3 certificates for computer programs. The honorary title "Honorary Wor- ker in the Sphere of Education of the Russian Federation" was awarded, a diploma winner of the professional competition for scientific and pedagogical workers of educational institutions of higher education of the Saratov Region "Vysota Award". Since 2020, expert of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Federal Environmental Operator, member of the Execu-tive Directorate of the Federal Scientific and the educational Consortium "Advanced EcoTechnologies" and the international scientific and educational Consortium "Person-nel for the Green Economy". Since 2015, Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Saratov Region; member of the coordinating council of the all-Russian public organization "Public Environmental Control of Russia", member of the commis-sion on ecology of the committee of the Public Chamber of the Saratov Region and the public council of the State Corporation "Rosatom" (since 2020).
