Biography, scientific achievements

Head of major research projects in the field of environmental protection in China, as well as the selection of new species and the development of new methods for the artificial cultivation of edible mushrooms. He founded and headed the research center for the study of edible and medicinal mushrooms under the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, the mushroom research station in Jilin Province, the scientific journal "Journal of Fungal Research". Received numerous government prizes and awards.
